As part of Al-Jawhar—a visual campaign created for Budor Waterfront, one of Iraq’s most luxurious residential developments—this film highlights the essence of design and elegance found within the project’s residential units.The objective was to showcase the soul of timeless architecture reimagined through a modern lens, bringing forward a refined visual language that captures the distinctive spirit of Budor Waterfront and its commitment to elevating everyday living through design. This professional campaign titled ‘Essence of Elegance ‘ was published in Iraq in February, 2025. It was created for the brand: 99 Properties, by ad agency: CrazyTown.
